With a deep passion for crafting visual stories, she seeks to understand the hearts and minds of those she serves. She believes that by truly listening to her clients' needs, she can create designs that not only meet expectations but also resonate with the diverse communities they are intended for.

Before joining Citigroup, Eunsil’s creative journey spanned across both print and digital realms. She worked on a variety of projects, including designing food and beverage packaging, Point-of-Sale displays, vehicle wraps for businesses, social media campaigns, digital signage for Google Ads, and email layouts.

As her career progressed, her curiosity grew—especially as she observed the diverse ways people reacted to her work. One of her most rewarding challenges has been designing for multicultural audiences, which led her to explore the world of user experience. This exploration guided her in creating designs that are not only beautiful but also practical, inclusive, and enjoyable for all.

Outside of work, Eunsil's love for discovering new flavors and cultures inspires her to seek out hidden gems in the city, where she shares thoughtful reviews that help businesses thrive and customers connect with memorable experiences. To maintain a healthy balance in her life, she also enjoys rock climbing from time to time.
